These Terms of Service govern your use of CanalMarket Academy (canalmarketacademy.com), operated by CanalMarket Group, Torre Las Américas, Torre A, Piso 12, Punta Pacífica, Panama City, Republic of Panama. By creating an account, purchasing a course or membership, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
2. Courses and memberships
Individual courses are sold with lifetime access to the purchased content for as long as the platform operates. Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe and give access to the content included in the chosen plan while the subscription is active. You can cancel a membership at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your country.
4. Refunds
Because courses are digital content available immediately after purchase, individual course purchases are generally non-refundable once a lesson has been accessed. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a course, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you. Membership fees already charged for the current period are not refunded, but you may cancel to stop future charges.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, texts, videos, images, books and materials are the property of CanalMarket Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share, record or redistribute any content.
6. Community rules
Our community (profiles, activity, groups and messages) must be used respectfully. Spam, harassment, hate speech, unlawful content and unauthorized advertising are prohibited and may lead to suspension of your account without refund.
7. No professional advice
Courses are educational and informational. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and results are not guaranteed. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanalMarket Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, modify or discontinue courses, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
