Maximiliano Nicolas, the author of “The Path to Financial Freedom and Happiness” (Unlocking the Secrets of Wealth), was born on January, 1972, in Panama City.

He finished his high school studies at Justo Arosemana Institute. As a Fire Protection Specialist, he enlisted in the US Army in 1992 and served at Fort Carson, Colorado, until 1996. Additionally, from August 1996 to December 1999, he was transferred to Panama, where he managed the Administrative Department at Fort Clayton in Panama City. After finishing his military duty, he now works as a Human Resources Specialist at the US Embassy in Panama City. He has completed three years of economics and international business coursework at Florida State University in the United States.

He earned an associate’s degree in art in 1997 at Pike’s Peak Community College in Colorado, United States. He also spent four years at the Latina University in Panama City studying marketing and video editing. In addition, he founded Canal Market International Group in 2000 and has served as its financial adviser ever since. He graduated with a degree in Expert in Digital Marketing from the University of Louisville, Branch in Panama City, and also graduated from the London International Research Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in June 2021, with a diploma in advanced digital marketing expertise. Additionally, he graduated with a law degree from Panamericana University in Panama City in December 2022.

He has received recognition and decorations from the US Army, including the Medal of Good Conduct, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Foreign Service Medal. He currently serves as the president and founder of Planet Great Relief, a nonprofit organization (planetgreatrelief.org) that develops products and programs for environmental conservation.
